Admin and Office - Leuven | Just now- As an executive assistant you are an expert in planning, organizing and administration. You are the trusted point of contact for the Finance department and the CFO.- What you will doIn this job, your responsibilities are:

- Supporting the CFO (about 60% of your time) and his (management) team (about 40% of your time)
- For CFO: overall manage his agenda.
- For CFO-staff members: helping them with organizing complicated meetings and ensure an efficient planning.
- Providing communication with various internal and external contacts.
- Following-up on various operational and administrative tasks (stock management of office supplies, desk and pc allocations, logistic onboardings of new employees)
- Monitoring a few assigned files such as the coordination of the annual report (in Dutch), following-up of the allocated budgets.
- Planning Travel and follow up of Omnia accounts. Answering questions related to the travel policy.
- Organizing Teamevents (teambuilding, offsite...)
- Next to PA of CFO you are responsible for Finance/ICT/Procurement staff together with junior MA

- You have relevant experience is a similar role and are interested in working in a Finance and Procurement Department.

- You have a positive, no-nonsense mindset and enjoy improving existing ways of working.
- You can prioritize your work, are assertive in a diplomatic way and can work autonomously.
- You can connect well with others and can easily build a relation of trust.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/ PowerPoint/Excel), SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and are interested in constantly improving your skills in this regard.
- You want to work full-time or 80%.
