Ons doel is om kosten te gaan optimaliseren voor onze klanten en zo hun prestaties op het gebied van Innovation-, HR- en Finance Performance te verbeteren. Daarnaast begeleiden we onze klanten van A-Z bij het aanvragen van verschillende subsidies.

**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**

Je belangrijkste missie? Je bent de rechterhand en vertrouwenspersoon van de Managing Director Benelux.
Je pragmatische aanpak zorgt voor de juiste ondersteuning op dagdagelijkse basis. Maar dit is niet alles. Je bent namelijk verantwoordelijk voor een verscheidenheid aan administratieve en organisatorische taken, time will fly
- Meer bepaald, zal je: _
- De agenda van de MD beheer jij van A tot Z. Afspraken inplannen, weigeren en vooral, je waakt over een juiste balans en bepaalt mee de prioriteiten;
- Interne en externe vergaderingen mag jij organiseren (yes, binnen
- en buitenland)
- Je vind de mooiste locaties voor een business lunch, reis of event;
- Een onoverzichtelijke inbox bestaat niet bij jou. Een georganiseerde mailbox is gelijk aan een georganiseerde dag;
- False urgencies? Die geraken er bij jou niet door Urgent and important weet je wel te detecteren;
- Een professionele en vloeiende communicatie verzorgen met klanten en collega's.
- Je assisteert met plezier in alle andere dagdagelijkse taken (bijv. budgetten, wijzigingen,..)
- Presentaties en interne communicaties passeren eerst jouw alziende oog;
- Een MD is niets zonder een sterke assistent as ondersteuning, dat is geen geheim.

**Profil**:
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een diploma A1 Secretariaat of gelijkwaardig;
- Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel geschreven als gesproken, een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en een goed geschreven en mondeling begrip van het Engels;
- Microsoft Office heeft geen geheimen voor je (vooral PowerPoint, Word en Excel zullen je beste vrienden worden);
- Je toont uitstekende administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden (denk aan die inbox);
- Je bent gedetailleerd en kunt prioriteiten stellen en multitasking
- Multitasking, jazeker, daar geloof je in;
- Je werkt autonoom, en hecht veel belang aan goed uitgevoerd werk. Je toont de nodige striktheid in de taken die aan je zijn toevertrouwd.
- Confidentiële documenten en informatie blijven uiteraard, confidentieel;
- De VUCA world? Dit is op je lijf geschreven. Je bent veelzijdig, dynamisch en flexibel;
