Heidelberg Materials Belgium is momenteel op zoek naar een **LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR **om ons hoofdkantoor in Braine-l'Alleud te versterken.
Je zult ons gemotiveerde Learning and Development team versterken en rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de L&D Manager.
**Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je coördineert, centraliseert en harmoniseert alle trainingen voor de 3 Business lines (aggregaten, bton en cement) voor Blue en White Collars (verplichte veiligheids
- en functiespecifieke trainingen + certificeringen).
- Je werkt samen en treedt op als partner met de lokale Training Administrators (aggregaten & cement) in de fabrieken; je deelt best practices, je moedigt de uitwisseling van ideeën en procedures aan, je optimaliseert de communicatiestroom.
- Je centraliseert de trainingsbehoeften, je ontwikkelt, implementeert (in LMS) en evalueert functiespecifieke trainingsprogramma's.
- Je coördineert alle logistieke aspecten (van A tot Z) voor het beheer van de trainingen op onze verschillende productiesites in België ( je definieert trainingspartners, je vraagt offertes aan, je plant sessies, je reserveert trainingsruimtes, je verstuurt uitnodigingen, je registreert deelnemers in LMS,...).
- Je beheert de subsidieaanvragen.
- Je werkt samen (afstemming of projecten) en je treedt op als back-up voor het L&D team.

- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring van 5 jaar in het organiseren van opleidingen, met een bijzondere focus op Blue Collars profielen, idealiter in de industrie.
- Je hebt een sterke ervaring met Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Je bent digitaal ingesteld en vertrouwd met nieuwe ontwikkelingen en technologische trends (intranet, SharePoint, Teams).
- Je hebt een zeer hands-on persoonlijkheid, een echte DO-er mentaliteit.
- Organisatie heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je denkt altijd in oplossingen.
- Je hebt sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en je kunt meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren. Flexibiliteit en autonomie zijn essentieel.
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het Frans en Nederlands ; Engels is een pluspunt.
