**Division & Team**

By joining the Product, Strategy and Innovation Division, you will be joining an international and geographically spread team that, is responsible for the business strategy and its enablement by engaging the company to deliver and grow profitable products & services.

The Issuer Access department is an integral part of the Division and is one of the key areas of growth and transformation at Euroclear. You will be product manager in the International Fixed Income Primary Markets team. The International Fixed Income Primary Markets is one of the premier debt financing channels, serving large Sovereigns, Supranational entities like WorldBank, Corporates and Banks. The teams objective is to expand the role of Euroclear in this market and to create new sources of value for the group.

**Role**

In order to deliver to the Objectives of the International Fixed Income Primary Markets strategy, we are looking for a seasoned product management and business development professional, with a background in debt capital markets.

As a Product manager, You will contribute to development of new services in Pre-Issuance and Issuance of International Fixed Income Products (incl. Eurobonds), enabled by new technologies and partnerships that will allow Euroclear as a leading securities Financial Market Infrastructure(FMI) to further extend its footprint in primary markets, create new sources of value for itself and its clients and enable the industry and its clients on transformation to digital issuances.

In your Product Management role, you will:

- Pilot and coordinate the implementation of new initiatives/opportunities;
- Identify and execute business development opportunities for expansion of Euroclear’s role, reach and monetization potential in primary markets and to re-inforce the strength of our global new issue (NI) distribution network. Areas for business development could include: pre-issuance, NI distribution and primary settlement, Data and Analytics, Transparency & compliance services.
- Assess and implement commercial partnerships to create new value added services along with our members/users the agents, dealers and common depositories as well as with new platforms and fintech entities.
- Assess the competitive environment, as well as changes in political and regulatory environment and investigate the implications for the International Fixed Income Primary Mkts business in Euroclear. Make recommendations to manage competitive threats and ensure the attractiveness of our offering as well as favourable positioning in EU and Global markets.
- Work in close cooperation with a variety of internal stakeholders (other PM Business lines, Commercial, Network, Ops, ADM, Marketing, Legal, Banking, Risk Management, etc ) in order to drive the most efficient execution of the strategy, both in terms of developing new services and selling/running existing services;
- Establish and manage the relationship with external stakeholders (platforms, FinTechs, clients and vendors) as well as support the propagation of Euroclear’s thinking, vision and products through third party's conferences, roundtables and external workshops. This includes supporting in the preparation of these events and any new marketing and thought leadership materials (brochures, service descriptions, white papers...).
- For new product developments, prepare the business case for the initiatives you are managing and monitor and report the product P&L;
- Oversee product development and design, set pricing, oversee advertising/marketing campaigns and monitor sales.

**Qualifications**:
Technical skills
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience. A track record of building exceptional B2B products that delight your clients and produce clear business impact.
- Relevant understanding and experience in fixed income capital markets, or securities post-trade issuer services in Europe and/or UK.
- Experienced at Business development and partnerships setup with excellent product, relationship management and commercial instincts. Good negotiation skills is a plus.
- Adept at synthesizing complex problems and zoom-in from high-level picture to details (and vice-versa) to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Result-oriented, you proactively seek the support from the relevant internal stakeholders for your ideas and have the required influencing skills to gain their buy-in and support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and steer major cross-functional(Product, Commercial, Network, IT, Legal..) initiatives with effective prioritization and impact.
- Effective in presenting ideas and recommendations convincingly to senior management.
- Business/Economics degree or equivalent experience is preferable.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
