**The Role**
As the Operations Strategy Manager, you will drive large cross-functional strategic projects. You will do this through analysis of operational efficiency, unlock growth through data backed solutions.
You will work alongside the restaurant, Grocery and marketing teams to grow and develop our delivery networks across Belgium. Balancing the dynamics between customer, restaurant/groceries and delivery riders is a complex problem on which you will have direct ownership. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
This is the ideal role for someone looking to take their analytical skills into execution, process-building and iteration to get to operational excellence. It is also a rare opportunity to gain a valuable understanding of all the moving parts within a successful high-growth company.
You will work in our main offices in Brussels.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead strategic projects such as expansion into new cities, provide the best operations support to key accounts or liaise with the tech teams to deliver new features to help our operations.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Rider Marketing and Rider Engagement, to ensure markets are continuing to scale efficiently.
- Collaborate with other markets to share knowledge and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, operations management or growth.
- Someone who can analyse data intelligently and conduct analysis to link variables
- You can understand incrementality and cause/effect
- You have a strong business acumen and an ability to prioritise your projects
- Good execution skills, as you will put your analysis into execution.
- You enjoy to collaborate with teams of wildly different skills.
- Resilience and an ability to adapt to an ever evolving market and product.
