C’est ainsi que nous sommes devenus la principale organisation dans ce domaine au **niveau national**. Notre priorité est de soutenir financièrement la **recherche scientifique** en oncologie. **L’accompagnement social**, le soutien aux patients atteints de cancer, **la prévention et le dépistage** constituent nos autres terrains d’action. Dans un contexte de changement sociétal où l’utilisation d’outils digitaux intégré est une nécessité pour que la Fondation contre le Cancer puisse réaliser sa vision et ses missions, nous recherchons un **Medical and Scientific Manager**.

**Votre mission**:
En tant que Manager Médical et Scientifique, vous apportez à définir les lignes et les priorités médicales et scientifiques de la Fondation contre le Cancer. Sur la base de votre expertise, vous contribuez à la visibilité de la Fondation contre le cancer et de ses missions et vous assurez la qualité et l’exactitude de notre communication médicale et scientifique.

En collaboration avec le Directeur Médical, vous êtes la personne de référence et le porte-parole sur les sujets médicaux, et ce tant en interne qu’en externe (scientifiques et académiques, presse, les intervenants et les partenaires de la Fondation, etc.).

**Il s’agit notamment des responsabilités suivantes**:

- Vous serez responsable des décisions relatives à l’exactitude scientifique et médicale des publications et des communications concernant la Fondation.
- Vous participez activement au positionnement et au déploiement de la Fondation contre le Cancer en Belgique.
- Vous renforcez l’image et l’impact de la Fondation en construisant un réseau avec les interlocuteurs et les relations adéquats sur le terrain.
- Vous développez un réseau (inter)national inspirant pour le développement futur de la Fondation.
- Vous représentez la Fondation et vous exercez un impact au niveau des institutions, des organisations professionnelles de la santé, des autorités et des médias, et ce aux niveaux communautaire, régional, fédéral et international.
- Vous veillez à la fiabilité et à l’image interne de la Fondation (partage des connaissances et formation du personnel).
- Vous rapportez au Medical Director.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes médecin de formation et vous avez déjà plusieurs années d’expérience.
- Vous avez de préférence une spécialisation et/ou une affinité avec l’oncologie.
- Vous êtes extrêmement intéressé(e) par tous les développements scientifiques concernant le cancer et tous les aspects qui y sont liés et vous souhaitez vous spécialiser et approfondir vos connaissances.
- Vous êtes un(e) porte-parole né(e) et un(e) communicateur(trice) hors pair. Parler devant la presse, dans des messages vidéo, devant une caméra, etc. ne vous effraie pas.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, et vous êtes capable de transmettre votre vision et votre point de vue aux parties prenantes internes et externes de manière convaincante.
- Le français ou le néerlandais est votre langue maternelle, mais une très bonne connaissance de l’autre langue nationale et de l’anglais est indispensable.
