LUCA School of Arts is een multidisciplinaire onderwijs
- en onderzoeksomgeving waar creatief talent zich artistiek, uitvoerend en technisch kan ontplooien en ontwikkelen. In vier steden (Brussel, Genk, Gent en Leuven) bundelt LUCA de onderwijsexpertise van vijf gerenommeerde instituten (Sint-Lukas, Narafi, C-mine, Sint-Lucas en Lemmens). Het artistiek onderzoek van LUCA is ingebed in de geassocieerde Faculteit Kunsten van de KU Leuven. Met meer dan 700 personeelsleden en 3.800 studenten is LUCA een creatieve hub voor meer dan 4.500 kunstenaars, theater
- en filmmakers, designers, musici, fotografen, leraren, onderzoekers
In Brussel en Gent delen we onze gebouwen met de Faculteit Architectuur van de KU Leuven. Voor het beheer van onze gebouwen werken we nauw samen met de technische diensten van de KU Leuven.
Momenteel hebben een vacature voor de functie van facility manager in Gent.
**Jouw functie**
- Je vormt een team met de medewerkers die op de campus verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van technische interventies, onderhoud en ondersteuning bij de lesactiviteiten.
- Je zorgt voor de werkplanning en verlofplanning van deze medewerkers en bepaalt de prioriteiten in functie van de noden.
- Je staat in voor het opvolgen en aansturen van externe contractanten die instaan voor het technisch onderhoud, de schoonmaak en bewaking. Je volgt hierbij de bestaande procedures en werkafspraken.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, contractanten en projectleiders en zoekt oplossingen voor hun vragen op een klantgerichte manier.
- Je ondersteunt projectleiders tijdens de uitvoering van de bouwprojecten. Je doet waar nodig toezicht op de werf en informeert de projectleider over de vooruitgang.
- Je signaleert knelpunten en geeft vanuit de praktijk input voor eventuele bijsturing. Zo zorg je voor een continue optimalisatie.
- Je bent bereid tot occasioneel weekend
- of avondwerk in het kader van evenementen en van uitzonderlijke calamiteiten.
- Je bent bereid om je regelmatig naar Leuven (Heverlee) te verplaatsen om je zodoende de procedures en werkwijze van de Technische Dienst van KU Leuven eigen te maken.
**Profiel**
- Je behaalde een diploma van bachelor bij voorkeur in een technische richting of je hebt door je ervaring een gelijkwaardig niveau.
- Je beschikt over een goede allround technische kennis en je hebt interesse in diverse technieken en in het onderhoud van gebouwen.
- Je voelt je thuis in een grote, complexe organisatie.
- Je bent positief ingesteld en toont betrokkenheid. Klantgerichtheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en degelijke voorbereiding en uitvoering van opdrachten.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met collega’s.
