Description**

One of our clients active in the IT sector is actively looking for a Customer Sucess Manager.

Your tasks in this role:

- Handle incoming client technical support questions
- Develop and manage client portfolios
- Make sure the customer experiences a positive customer experience
- Hold product demonstrations for customers/leads
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend

them to facilitate their success.
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media

accounts.
Help deliver marketing materials to business developers.
**Profile**
- You are fluent in French or Dutch, and a good knowledge of English.
- You have proven experience in customer support (min 2 years).
- You have demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- You are well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.(CRM tools, CMS tools, WordPress, Teamleader, ActiveCampaign, Zendesk etc...).**
