**Your Position**:
**We are looking for 2 students available for an internship of 3 months to 6 months**
During your internship, you will be part of the Change Management Team Kairos based in Brussels. Your main task is to help change management team to organize end users training. You will have the opportunity learn change management processes inside a very large transversal project inside the Bank.
Task you will be in charge of:
1. **Documentation management**:
- Put the latest version of the documentation in a folder
- Format and adapt documentation (cosmetics)
- Provide translation/popularization support in NL
2. **Training**:
- Based on the training material set up quizzes via Beekast
- Put training in DPeople (encoding, monitoring, reporting, etc.)
- Track invitations (outlook, reminder,)
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Put the supports in these trainings in folders (make the link with the printing press)
- Ensure the practical organization of training (on site or make the link with someone on site)
3. **Communication**:
- Draft communications to have them validated by our internal communications department or the Kairos project
**Your Profile**:
You are currently studying Communication, HR, Marketing, Learning and you have achieved excellent results. You are:
- fluent in French or Dutch with a thorough knowledge of English.
- Microsoft office skilled
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- IT SAVVY
- independent, responsible and rigorous
- flexible, resistant to stress and a teamplayer
- extrovert
