**Wat kan je verwachten van de job?**:
Voor de vestiging een vaste waarde, regio Hasselt, zoeken we een sleutelfiguur binnen een dynamisch KMO-bedrijf.
In de functie van **Service Manager** ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van je werkplaats van A tot Z. Als een echte people-manager zorg je er dagelijks voor dat je atelier draait. Je hebt in deze rol de leiding over de verschillende medewerkers: de Techniekers, Service Advisor, Administrator en Parts Advisor. Het motiveren en stimuleren van de medewerkers is zeer belangrijk, aangevuld met een sterke dosis communicatievaardigheden.
Jouw commerciële vaardigheden spelen een belangrijke rol voor het verkrijgen en behouden van klanten en om de werkplaats van reparatie
- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden te voorzien. Daarnaast behaal je het maximale rendement uit jouw vestiging door specifiek gestelde doelen te behalen. Er wordt van je verwacht het service-volume te vergroten en de klanttevredenheid te verhogen.
- Daarnaast realiseer je het budget van de vestiging en ben je verantwoordelijkheid voor de omzet, kosten en EBIT. De service manager is verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de regiodirecteur op servicegebied. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de regio directeur.**Wat bieden we jou?**:

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Bachelor denkvermogen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Affiniteit en/of ervaring in de automobiele sector
- Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands zowel gesproken als geschreven, kennis van Engels
- Ervaring met zware vrachtwagens en overig rollend materieel
- Ervaring in het aansturen van een team en hen de nodige technische ondersteuning bieden
- Je weet hoe je prioriteiten moet stellen in je werkzaamheden
- Commercie¨le vaardigheden, enthousiast en stressbestendig
- Klantgerichtheid en communicatieve vaardigheden, resultaat
- en kwaliteitsgerichtheid
- Pro-actief denkvermogen voor optimale planning atelier,... onderhoudscontracten, warranty analyse
- Rijbewijs C is een grote plus
- De bereidheid om in ploegverband en stand-by dienst te werken
