**Wat houdt jouw rol als director agency in?**
Is het altijd een droom geweest om een vastgoedkantoor te openen en te runnen maar kijk je op tegen de grote investeringen zoals huur, marketing, ? Trevi geeft je graag het duwtje in de rug.Je kan rekenen op onze expertise voor het openen, inrichten en organiseren van het kantoor zoals jij het voor ogen hebt.
Als director ben jij het **gezicht van jouw kantoor** in jouw regio. Dankzij jouw netwerk & sales skills sta je in voor het binnenhalen van leads in jouw regio en het opbouwen van klantenrelaties op **lange termijn**.Op termijn zal je een team van 3 à 4 makelaars aansturen, door jou helemaal zelf samen te stellen.
**Ben jij wie we zoeken?**
Voor de functie van director zijn we op zoek naar een echte ondernemer, iemand die het stuur in eigen handen durft te nemen en de naam Trevi mee op de kaart wil zetten in Vlaanderen.
Daarnaast beschik je vanzelfsprekend over een BIV-nummer met idealiter minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de vastgoedmarkt. Eerder een beperkte ervaring als makelaar? Wie weet kan je ons overtuigen door jouw drive en enthousiasme.
