About the Role:
The Workplace Experience Manager is a key member of the Latham’s Workplace Experience team, dedicated to enhancing the workplace environment. Tasked with the creation and implementation of strategies and protocols, this new position aims to provide a premier, worldwide experience for the firm's staff and clients by collaborating with key partners to ensure a high-caliber, client-centric work setting. This role presents a thrilling chance to improve both the tangible and digital aspects of the workplace, working in tandem with various business service teams and overseeing the everyday aspects of office life. This role will be located in our Brussels office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Supervising, managing, and motivating team members, setting clear team goals and objectives aligned to global vision
- Strategizing, creating, and implementing experience-related guidelines, best practices, and standards with the global workplace experience team
- Promoting effective and collaborative work practices, exhibiting high professional and ethical standards, and building strong and accountable relations throughout the local office and across the firm
- Continuously evaluating and identifying innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the workplace experience

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Demonstrate the ability to empower a team to provide top-notch service to colleagues and clients, while contributing to the strategy and vision of the workplace experience for the office and the team
- Display flexibility and the ability to manage priorities efficiently, handle multiple tasks/projects and engage in effective decision making
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise

And have:

- Relevant experience, including leading a team, in hospitality or customer service management
- Facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French - Dutch language skills are desirable but not essential
