**Responsibilities**:
Doktr is an innovative, digital service provider in healthcare, enabling video consultations between users and healthcare providers in an accessible, secure and user-friendly way. The teleconsultation platform was launched by Proximus at the end of May '21 and is distinguished by extreme ease of use for both doctor and patient. Since July '22, Doktr is a separate company with Proximus and health insurance funds Mutualité Chrétienne/Christelijke Mutualiteit and Solidaris as shareholders.

Our vision is one of hybrid care: a combination of online and physical care, depending on each situation and person. In this way, increased accessibility to healthcare, more prevention, more cooperation between healthcare providers and more quality of life becomes possible for all of us. And so digital healthcare contributes to a sustainable society.

Familiarize all Belgians with comfortable and quality online consultations via smartphone, that is our mission. This way, medical advice and help becomes accessible to everyone, wherever you live or are.

The Doktr app can be used by everyone in Belgium. You can speak to a Belgian family doctor in a very user-friendly way: your family doctor or a doctor of your choice. All doctors are certified in Belgium. Our strategy is to grow the amount of users and healthcare professionals and extend our offering towards both users and healthcare professions with other digital services.

The app now has more than 220,000 downloads and 60,000 registered users. The user-friendliness of the app is reflected in positive app store ratings and a 94% satisfaction score.

Profile

We are now hiring a Marketing Director. The ideal person for this role will have the requisite experience, skills, passion, and leadership capabilities necessary to drive continued rapid and profitable growth of Doktr. As a member of the Doktr Leadership Team and reporting to the MD, the Marketing Director will play a key role in scaling our activity. The Marketing Director will lead and implement the go-to-market strategy roadmap that will align with our business goals and objectives in support of continuing growth. We want to accelerate our user growth on the patient side as well as on the healthcare professional side. Additionally, the Marketing Director holds the responsibility for developing, administering, monitoring, and coordinating the marketing budget.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- In sync with MD and Doktr Leadership team, define, prioritize, and realize GTM roadmap
- Lead the sales and marketing team (4FTE)
- Drive customer acquisition and customer loyalty performance
- Leading all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from awareness to loyalty
- Working closely together with our partners and the eco-systems stakeholders

**Required skills and experience**
- Experience in selling and marketing digital products, experience in digital platform business (C2C or C2B).
- You have experience in digital marketing, app marketing, content marketing, UX/UI and web analytics, growth hacking
- You have experience in sales towards SME
- Experience in working with partners
- Experience with digital healthcare services, knowledge of the Belgian ehealth landscape is a clear asset
- You’ve managed, mentored, and inspired a small team of marketeers, or digital sales, or business developers, etc
- Data-driven to evaluate product-market fit and other aspects of product performance, able to identify insights that will influence future decisions
- An effective leader and team-player who knows how to hire and manage the rig
