**JOUW UITDAGING**:
As Marketing Director you are responsible for the positioning of the Partena's brands and its various services in the B2B market. You develop the company’s marketing strategy and lead the implementation of the marketing plan in a quality manner, thereby being accountable for results. You manage the marketing team (digital marketing, segment marketing, communication, events, market intelligence ), team-up with sales to create and deliver an integrated sales & marketing approach towards the market, and you work well with the Business Units.

Partena Professional supports and accompanies start-ups, mid-sized and large companies in their administrative procedures and HR policy. **WAAROM WIJ JOU WILLEN**:
You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing in a service sector. You get energy from coaching and managing a large team with differents expertises. You have a solid understanding of digital marketing and you have managed transversal projects. You are bilingual (Dutch and French) and have a good knowledge of English. Finally, you are analytical with synthesis and strategic thinking, customer centric, empathic and a team player.
