**Mission**:
- Able to evolve in a global company, in a multi-site and multilingual environment. He will be based in Brussels, will travel from time to time to Paris and sometimes to Luxembourg.
**Responsabilities**:
- ITIL Manager
- Work on the implementation of the various ITIL processes at Candriam.
- Ensure that ITIL processes are properly applied.
- Manage the continuous improvement process of ITIL processes.
Release Management
Change Management
- Coordinate and conduct CABs (Change Advisory Boards).
- Integrate all changes and releases into a global schedule.
- Check that the activities planned for foreign exchange follow the standards.
- Organize and coordinate the DRP tests that are done each year.
Incident Management
- Animate and coordinate the incident management process internally and with our suppliers.
- Coordinate and take part in the activities of the IMOD (Incident Manager on Duty) team which ensures the management of major incidents (P1/P2) in 24/7.
- Ensure IMOD permanence one week out of five.
Problem Management
- Animate and coordinate the problem management process. This covers root cause analysis of major incidents, but also identify and analyze recurring incidents and then identify their causes.
Reporting
- Provide regular dashboards with KPIs on the different ITIL processes (e.g., number of P1/P2 incidents per month, number of changes implemented by IT Domain and per month, etc.).
- Present these reports in various Candriam committees (COO Executive Committee, IT Management Committee, etc.).
FIXIT
- Evaluate and implement the demands of new workflows.
**Profile**:
- Required skills and competencies
Master in Computer Science
ITIL Certifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector, in a distributed environment
Experience in the finance sector is a plus
Experience with Azure Devops is a plus
English: Professional
French: professional
Dutch: is a plus
Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
Good organizational skills
Stress resistant
