Tasks
**Your tasks**:

- First point of contact for customers and those interested in purchasing windows and doors online via our Belgian online shop
- Process orders and provide customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Handle questions, returns and complaints
- Communicate with external partners, service providers and suppliers
- Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics departments

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Have a technical background in the window industry or be a state-certified woodworker, master glazier or window technician
- Experience in window construction or the window trade required
- Fluent in French and/or Flemish (native or C2 level) with good command of English
- Strong communication skills with a talent for organization
- Be a reliable team player who works well under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
