Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe, enthousiaste collega om ons Customer Care team te versterken. Als Customer Care Officer maak je deel uit van het team dat instaat voor administratieve commerciële ondersteuning in de Lead-to-Cash flow (offerte en contract aanmaak, administratief beheer van de klanten binnen onze systemen en klachtenmanagement). In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Customer Care Manager.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor Customer Master Data: aan de hand van dashboards, spoor je proactief anomalieën op in onze overeenkomsten en database (bv. pricing, billing settings, route to market, status, SEPA, customer hierarchy,... ). Zo kan je tijdig aanpassingen maken en correcties coördineren om een optimale klantenervaring te garanderen.
- Je onderzoekt en lost klachten van klanten met betrekking tot overeenkomsten / master data op: je gaat op zoek naar de mogelijkse oorzaken, voert correcties door en je compenseert de klant indien nodig met een creditnota. Je beheert dit proces en communiceert met de relevante interne stakeholders.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol tijdens het implementeren van prijswijzigingen: je beheert en registreert tijdig de klantvoorwaarden in het relevante systeem (Salesforce) zodat de contractuele afspraken met onze klanten correct en up to date terug te vinden zijn.
- Je neemt actief deel aan de verbetering van ons systeem en onze processen door problemen aan te kaarten en te documenteren bij je collega Lead Customer Care Officer. Je bent ook betrokken bij het testen van systeemoptimalisaties.
- Je wordt opgeleid als back-up voor je collega's van front-office, back-office & klachtenmanagement. Zo kan je bijspringen in tijden van hoge werkdruk en vakantieperiodes.
Functie-eisen

- Je behaalde een Bachelordiploma en/of je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Een eerste ervaring in een klantgerichte of administratieve functie in een B2B omgeving is een pluspunt
- Je werkt nauwkeuring en hebt oog voor detail. Je haalt energie uit het werken met gegevens en data-input.
- Je bent een teamplayer en wordt erkend voor jouw leergierigheid en enthousiasme.
- Systeemkennis: je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met Salesforce/SAP is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en bezit goede communicatieve vaardige heden in het Engels en Frans.
