Building Care Planner

**Functie**:
Je zal een warm team vervoegen van 4 personen dat instaat voor de volledige planning & projectuitvoering.

Zij zijn daarnaast verantwoordelijk vanaf de bestelling, uitvoering, controle van de werken en eerste energiekost afrekening naar de klant.

**Takenpakket**
- Opmaak van de dag
- en weekplanning in functie van: locatie, type interventie, duur van de interventie, technische
- & taalkennis van de technieker, beschikbaar materiaal, enz. Het is dus belangrijk dat je steeds het overzicht bewaart & alle criteria meeneemt in het maken van je planning. Ook rekening houden met mogelijke problemen, enz.
- Ingeven van de interventies in SAP en interne gebruikelijke IT tools
- Contacten met installateurs
- Contacten met techniekers
- Contacten met de interne technische dienst om het werkmateriaal klaar te zetten
- Communiceren en opvolgen van klanten
- Opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten
- Goedkeuring van interventies ter verwerking van de dienst facturatie

**Profiel**:

- Je bent zeer goed tweetalig NL en FR, want je zal zowel in beide landstalen zeer regelmatig communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bewaart gemakkelijk een overzicht tussen al de planningen van alle techniekers, interventies, aanvragen, enz. en houdt rekening met alle mogelijke elementen en scenario's bij het maken van de planningen
- Je bent een vriendelijk persoon, die de nodige people skills heeft om met verschillende type personen vlot te communiceren om steeds je beoogde doelstelling te halen
- Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd maar kan ook zeer snel schakelen bij onvoorziene zaken.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel & SAP
- Technische ervaring is een plus
- Je kan rekenen op een relevante ervaring van 3 tot 5 jaar
