We're thrilled to announce that we're looking to expand our dynamic sales team with a talented and motivated Account Manager for MICE Sales. This role is a unique opportunity to join our Business Development / Sales Department, directly contributing to the growth and success of The Hotel Brussels.

As an Account Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue and increasing our market share. You'll engage in various sales activities, client events, and innovative strategies to achieve and exceed our budget objectives in the different segments.

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of market trends and a knack for identifying new business opportunities. You'll have the chance to travel, network, and showcase the best of what The Hotel has to offer.

About you:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience and knowledge of the industry
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
