Belfius Auto Lease- Banking & Commercial- Brussel- PermanentBelfius Auto Lease, behoort tot de top 10 van spelers op de Belgische markt inzake mobiliteitsoplossingen. Met de focus op ontzorgen en kwalitatief vlootbeheer servicen wij klanten in alle segmenten.
Belfius Auto Lease werkt nauw samen met de distributienetten van de groep Belfius Bank & Verzekeringen en heeft eveneens een eigen sales team, dat naast het ondersteunen van de medewerkers in het netwerk, ook een eigen klantenportefeuille opbouwt. Belfius Auto Lease beheert met 60 medewerkers een wagenpark van bijna 30.000 wagens.
Binnen de ploeg van Social & Public, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde external sales collega. Als Mobility Expert kom je terecht in een dynamisch team waarbij je alle kansen krijgt om jezelf commercieel verder te ontwikkelen.
**De job in een notendop**
- De implementatie en het promoten van de Social & Public-strategie van Belfius Auto Lease.
- Het verwerven, uitbouwen en beheren van een portefeuille.
- Het nauw samenwerken met de MSO in het uitwerken en beantwoorden van lastenboeken.
- Het verwezenlijken van de doelstellingen inzake verkoop en rentabiliteit.
- Kennis van de behoeften van de klanten en het uitwerken van toepassingen voor het beheer van een wagenpark d.m.v. operationele leasing.
- Ondersteuning van de Social & Public Bankers van Belfius Bank.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Als opleiding bezit je minimum een Bachelor diploma.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands-Frans en je bezit een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bezit commerciële ervaring in de sector van de dienstverlening.
- Je bezit een zekere affiniteit en interesse in mobiliteitsoplossingen.
- Je bezit goede analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om op niveau te onderhandelen.
- Je bent vlot in omgang en bezit een professionele aanpak.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en je kan autonoom werken.
- Je bezit commercieel inschattingsvermogen en een cliëntgerichte attitude.
- Je bezit doorzettingsvermogen en je bent stressbestendig.
- Een teamspeler is een absolute must, ook in deze functie.
- Je blijft leergierig en bent loyaal en beschikbaar.
- Interesse om op korte tijd aan te leren of bij voorkeur ben je reeds op de hoogte van de fiscale en juridische aspecten van mobiliteit binnen Social & Public.
