Belfius Insurance is een dynamisch bedrijf met sterke groeiambities. Verzekeringsproducten worden verkocht via het directe kanaal en via onze Belfius & DVV agenten. Een belangrijke motor van onze groeistrategie is het potentieel bij onze Belfius klanten.

We streven naar een optimale klantenervaring en hierbij staat het Service Center Non Life in voor de onderschrijving en beheer van Niet Leven producten voor onze retail en business klanten. We verlenen professioneel advies aan onze agenten van Belfius Bank en DVV, evalueren de risico’s en zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten op elk moment goed verzekerd zijn.

In totaal werken zo’n 140 medewerkers binnen ons Service center. Om de strategische groeiplannen mee te ondersteunen, zullen we verder inzetten op het bouwen van een veerkrachtige en klantgerichte organisatie. In deze context zetten we in op continue verbetering van de klantervaring, een stimulerende leeromgeving voor onze mensen, het versterken van ons partnership met de agenten, het optimaliseren van onze organisatie, processen en systemen.

In het licht van al deze uitdagingen wensen we ons leiderschapsteam te versterken met een adjunct voor het hoofd van deze afdeling.

De job in een notendop

Als adjunct van de Head of Service center Non life
- Bouw je mee aan de ontwikkeling van de strategie van Non lif.
- Denk je klantgerichte, efficiënte servicingoplossingen uit en anderzijds realiseer je de servicing doelstellingen zoals bepaald in de Non Life strategie.
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal strategische veranderingsprojecten.
- Onderhoud je goede en constructieve relaties met de stakeholders.
- Lanceer en volg je verbetervoorstellen inzake cruciale objectieven op, zoals tevredenheid van de klanten, efficiëntie,...
- Volg je de actualiteit op o.a. trends & evoluties op vlak van best practices in customer experience en de vertaling ervan naar de impact op de Customer Journeys en op de werking van de afdeling.

- Een master diploma met ongeveer 10jaar ervaring.
- Een ondernemende creatieve, oplossingsgerichte en klantgerichte mindset.
- Ervaring in change management en het coachen van een organisatie naar meer klantgericht denkenervaring in het succesvol leiden van business transformatie, van visie tot implementatie.

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Een analytische, data gedreven denkvermogen
