Naast de groothandelsactiviteit heeft Febelco Group ook prewholesaling activiteiten (Livlina) en sales & marketingactiviteiten voor farmaceutische bedrijven (Axone Pharma) in haar rangen, net als apotheken in eigen beheer (Sodiap).
**What are we looking for?**:
Als lokale HR Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsadministratie van de Business Unit in Izegem.
- Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden met betrekking tot alle personeelsgerelateerde vragen.
- In deze rol ben je de brug tussen de vestiging in Izegem en de centrale HR-afdeling op het hoofdkantoor van Febelco.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en registreren van personeelsprestaties in de vestiging, als voorbereiding voor de loonverwerking die wordt uitgevoerd door de centrale HR-afdeling.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan leidinggevenden bij personeelsplanning en HR-processen, zoals het beheer van contacten met uitzendkantoren, het organiseren van teambuildingactiviteiten, het opvolgen van afwezigheden, opleidingen, en het beheren van jobstudenten.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de business unit director.

**Your Profile**:
- Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
- Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar voor opstart.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig, denkt probleemoplossend en je bent een echte teamplayer.
- In jouw rol weet je dat discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke gegevens een absolute must is.
- Je bent proactief, hebt spontaan inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en bent kritisch ingesteld. Kunnen zaken beter of efficiënter? Dan willen we dat heel graag van jou horen.
- Kan je overweg met het loonverwerkingsprogramma GPS-tijdsregistratie? Dan is dat een absolute nice to have.
- Ben je bovendien een kei in het MS Office-pakket (vooral in Excel)? Dan ben je de persoon die we zoeken
