**Contexte**

***bpost est toujours en mouvement. Dans le cadre de cette histoire, nous recherchons un Spécialiste du Centre de Contact Commercial.

**Structure**

Dans ce poste, vous rendrez compte à Annick Delbaen.

**Objectif**

**Principales tâches**
- Traitement des demandes téléphoniques et écrites, en respectant les règles strictes de réglementation, de confidentialité et de sensibilité à la fraude.
- Réalisation d'appels sortants dans le cadre de dossiers clients en suspens, en contactant les différents départements de bpost et le client afin de recueillir les informations nécessaires et de garantir une résolution structurelle des problèmes du client.
- Saisie précise et traitement des plaintes conformément aux procédures internes.
- Création de rapports standard.
- Préparation des dossiers de remboursement (dossiers d'assurance et commerciaux), en tenant compte des conditions générales et des SLA établis avec le client.
- Contribuer aux objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs définis par le service client.
- Participer à des projets tels que les tests d'acceptation utilisateur (UAT) pour le lancement de différents systèmes informatiques, ainsi que des projets visant à améliorer l'organisation et les services.
- Assurer la formation "sur le tas" des agents du centre de contact.
- Assurer la relève en cas d'absence du coach sur le terrain.

**Expertise technique**
- Niveau d'éducation: Bachelier
- Expérience requise pour le poste: Au moins 1 an dans le service client.
- Connaissances linguistiques (en fonction du lieu de travail):

- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Connaissance de base du néerlandais.
- Connaissance de base de l'allemand.
- Connaissances techniques requises pour le poste:

- Bonne connaissance d'un grand nombre de processus clients avec une complexité moyenne ou élevée.
- Bonne connaissance des produits, du fonctionnement et de la réglementation de bpost.
- Bonne connaissance, dans différents domaines, des processus et procédures applicables chez bpost.
- Bonne connaissance des processus spécifiques liés au traitement des appels téléphoniques.
