**Wat ga je doen?**:
Als Service Coordinator bij Securitas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van serviceactiviteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor het leveren van hoogwaardige service aan onze klanten.
- Opvolging en autonomie bij verschillende activiteiten, zoals contractbeheer, handover met Sales/Project Management, opzet van onderhoudsplannen en financiële aspecten.
- Klant on-boarding en kick-off meetings.
- Actieve betrokkenheid bij dagelijkse operaties, inclusief incidentbeheer, escalaties, en change control.
- Maandelijkse opvolging en evaluatie van service levels.
- Identificatie van verbeteringsmogelijkheden en ondersteuning van interne optimalisaties.
- Relatiebeheer met klanten en opzetten van financiële plannen.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:

- Masteropleiding in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Technische kennis op gebieden zoals beveiligingstechnologie of telecommunicatie, met affiniteit of ervaring in ICT.
- ITIL Foundation certificering of bereidheid om deze te behalen.
- Minimaal tweetalig: NL/ENG of FR/ENG.
- Ervaring binnen Project Management, Service Management, Contract Management of Account Management.
- 1 jaar relevante werkervaring (junior).
- Inwerkperiode van 3-6 maanden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, onderhandelingsvaardigheden, probleemoplossend vermogen, stressbestendigheid en diplomatieke vaardigheden.
- Voldoen aan persoons
- en opleidingsvoorwaarden voor beveiligingsfuncties volgens de geldende wetgeving.
