We provide both permanent as temporary assignments with and for our customers.
Our offices are strategically located in the major cities (Ghent, Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven and Zaventem).
The job offer however is not the end of the road, we also provide HR advice/services.
**De functie**:
As Customer Identification Analyst, you will collect and administratively processes client information for existing Merchants & Corporates (B2B) and Consumers (B2C).
You will handle information and will ensure the update of related customer information in our IT systems.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Process a specified number of customer dossiers per day, in line with desk instructions
- Handle customer requests (phone, mail)
- Perform other administrative tasks such as dossier review, scanning, archiving; performing administrative research or provide on-the-desk training to new colleagues
- Develop strong effective relationships with the other members of the Customer Identification team, the Sales team and other Customer Maintenance teams
- Organize and prioritize work, ensuring quality output in line with agreed deadlines.

- Communication skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual: French or Dutch (native or similar); Intermediate level English
- Strong customer focus in any customer communication: be customer-friendly, professional, synthetic, but also persuasive and decisive
- Computer skills
- Computer-literate, confident and able to quickly learn using multiple new IT systems
- Good knowledge Outlook and Excel
- Ability to efficiently research information on the internet
- Social skills
- Be a team-player
- Be punctual and discrete.
**Desired skills and experience**:
- Extended knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word (and potentially Access)
- Knowledge of French, Dutch and English
- Experience in administrative processing of customer files
- Customer service or relationship management experience
- Basic knowledge of legal company types, company ownership structures and types of company officials (Board, Shareholders, Authorized Singers,).
