**Jobomschrijving**:
Voor een klant in Diegem zoeken we naar een gemotiveerde L2 support medewerker. Je werkt 3 dagen per week, bij voorkeur op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag. Je 1ste lijn ervaring ligt al ver achter je en ondertussen heb je je al zeer goed ingewerkt op 2de lijn. Je bent op zoek naar nog complexere situaties en houdt van een uitgebreid takenpakket:
- 2nd line break fix incidenten oplossen
- Installaties van gebruikte pc’s voor tijdelijke medewerkers
- Ondersteuning geven aan 3rd line voor bijvoorbeeld printers, switches, wireless acces punten en andere netwerk apparatuur.
- Uitleveren van idevices.
- Voorraadbeheer
- Begeleiden van leveranciers en bezoekers voor IT
**Profiel**:
- Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Kennis van: Service Now, Airwatch, Blancco en Lenovo Cloud deploy is een troef
- Leergierig en gemotiveerd
