**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As an Associate Agile Project Manager you will be responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with the client. Your role will involve:

- Plan, track and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate agile project management methodologies, learning & iterating.
- Support the clients’ agile transformation with consulting, introduction, support, and optimization of agile procedures
- Take an active role in the clients’ projects as a Scrum Master
- Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into user stories.
- Establish and lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
- Manage a multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary team.
- Establish mechanisms for monitor and tracking the quality of all products/services built.
- Document, track and manage risks and dependencies.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

- Project management experience
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Project scheduling
- Stakeholder management
- Status report generation
- Risk identification and management
- Dependency management
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and **Dutch or French** (written & spoken)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
