- Negotiable- Belgium, Brussels, Belgium Brussels- Contract- FPG have a long-term 12 month contract opportunity for an Electrical Certification Coordinator, you will manage the production plans for periodical electrical certification of mobile network sites related in accordance with the Electrical Certification standards (EWC/RGIE/AREI) with the aim to get approved (A/Green) certificates.
- This is a great opportunity that can allow a mix of remote working / going to office in Brussels and you will work with one of the world's leaders in 5G rollout, to support projects with Belgium's leading operators.
- ** Please note - sponsorship cannot be considered, so you must live in Belgium with rights to work.
- Scope of work:
- The responsibility is to define and steer the planning of our suppliers, you shall make sure the certificates are stored into the applicable databases. In the event of a failed certification, your duty is to initiate the necessary actions and corrections, ensuring timely resolution.
- For this function, you shall be well organized and you are advanced knowledge to work with MS Excel and you shall have a passion to work with administrative tasks and ability to strive for perfection.**Responsibilities**:
- You act as a coordinator for the site certifications plan. You create the yearly production plan and provide this plan to the certification companies (SECT) that work on behalf of our client and you do a regular follow-up and steer the progress on the production plan.
- You make sure that all the certifications are uploaded into the appropriate databases, and all the milestones are toggled.
- You analyse the failed certificates and request a price offer for the reworks needed on site to get certification passed. You secure that the price offer is accepted by our customers, and you secure the works are started and completed with the agreed deadline and that the ticket can be closed within the service level agreement.
- You maintain an overview of the customer network. On a monthly basis you compile data such as progress of the production plan and failed certificates for each customer into the report to be used on the performance meeting.
- Participate to the monthly KPI meetings with the certification companies.
- Participate to the bi-weekly customer meetings.
- Maintaining the databases. Upload the Site Sharing certificates on a weekly basis & check monthly for new certificates from other operators.
- You provide the needed support to our subcontractors working on behalf of our client. In the event issues are reported to access the site, you shall provide the needed support to keep the amount of radio sites with access issues to the minimum knowledge areas
- You are advanced in working with MS Excel. You have a good knowledge to work with Data Sorting and Filtering, Tables and PivotTables, Data Import and Export, you know how to use advanced functions like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and you are able to identify and troubleshoot errors in formulas.
- You are well organized; you are capable to manage and oversee a workstream and are capable to set the right priorities to support your workstream.
- You are customer focused and you are result oriented. You are a team player, you are analytical, you are persuasive, and you are a user-friendly communicator.
- You shall have some understanding of electrical installations and safety regulations and instructions and electrical regulations applicable in Belgium (AREI/RGIE). You DON'T need to be an expert in this domain,
- Languages: Good knowledge of one of English and one of the local languages is a must (Dutch or French). You shall be proficient in speaking English.
