- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Manager to join Materialise who can bring his/her expertise to our IT infrastructure.What you will do- Be responsible for the functional management of a Salesforce team (technical product owner, analysts, and developers, including external IT partners) within the Application Delivery & Services department by supporting and encouraging their autonomy through a DevOps culture.
- Work closely with other colleagues such as business sponsors, program managers, architects, release managers and QA leads following agile principles.
- Ensure continuous management of the workstreams and motivate team members towards qualitative and committed solution design and delivery
- Ensure successful project delivery within deadlines, scope, budget, and required quality with respect to the overall project management plan
- Ensure qualitative evolutive and corrective maintenance with a continuous digital version improvement approach to create value for the business while minimizing the time to market of new solutions
- Your profile- Proven experience in business and IT company transformation based on new package introduction, implementation, and roll-out (complexity reduction, standardization)
- Several years of professional experience in DevOps and leading a team in an agile environment around minor and major release cycles.
- Proven experience in project management in front-office and CRM solutions based on well-established packages (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce), with a preference for Salesforce
- Already worked in an environment where Salesforce Cloud integrated with other legacy systems was used.
- Technically good insights around Salesforce Clouds implementation risks and mitigation proposals.
- Understanding in dealing with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, DevOps Technologies of leading cloud providers are desirable.
- Strong communication skills, is an interdisciplinary team player, and appreciates working with decentralized remote teams.
- Good level of English to lead international colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, pragmatic, systematic thinking, and acting are your trademarks.
- Ability to work onsite (in Leuven, Belgium) for a minimum of 2 days per week (EU working permit as a must).
