Ieder jaar werft Dosign afgestudeerde Bachelors en Masters die starten in ons Management Development Traject.
Dit Management Development Traject houdt in dit dat je enerzijds op locatie werkt bij onze opdrachtgevers en dat je anderzijds opgeleid en getraind wordt binnen het domein Management & Organisatie.

**Hiervoor volg je de cursussen en trainingen inzake**:
Projectmanagement
- planning
- risicomanagement
- projectbeheersing
- projectevaluatie

Communicatie
Time management
Schriftelijke rapportage
Commerciële vaardigheden (business development en accountmanagement)
Presentatietechnieken
Coaching en leidinggeven

Dosign is een projectsourcing bureau dat ondersteuning biedt aan onze opdrachtgevers op locatie bij projecten in de R&D, Engineering, Project
- & Construction Management. Deze opdrachtgevers zitten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
Je ondersteunt onze opdrachtgevers op locatie binnen één of meerdere van de volgende domeinen;
R&D, Engineering of Construction Management;
Op basis van onderzoeken, vertaling naar een conceptueel ontwerp t/m prototype;
Onderzoek naar technische haalbaarheid;
Studies m.b.t. productielijnen;
Opstellen van basisontwerpen binnen domeinen zoals Industriele Automatisering, Elektriciteit en Mechanica;
Vervaardigen van technische berekeningen;
Opzetten van 3D modellen;
Vervaardigen van technische details;
Project -& Construction management;
Je bent betrokken bij het managen van een industrieel ontwerp
- en/of constructieproject;
Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid;
Je stuurt de engineering en/of constructieteams aan;
Tijdens het complete project onderhoud je contact met de opdrachtgever en andere stakeholders.

**Functie eisen**:
Bachelor of Master in de Elektromechanica of aanverwant;
Interesse in R&D, Engineering of Construction Management;
Ambitie en potentie om door te groeien in het technisch (Middel) Management;
Een grote dosis doorzettingsvermogen;
Leergierige en flexibele ingesteldheid.
