For its client, Robert Half is looking for a **Financial Manager.**
Our client is located in Maastricht (NL) and active in the Asset Management sector. They offer a permanent contract.
The Financial Manager will support the management Team with the controlling activities for the Benelux and will have a direct reporting line to the Non-Executive Board in Sweden.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Insource CIMBs reporting. Currently CIMBs reporting is administrated by an external administrator.
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Reporting:
- Deal flow /AUM
- Income Statement
- Employee
- Cash Flow forecast (monthly updated for rolling 12 months)
- Prepare Forecasts three times a year (Q1, Q2, Q3)
- Comment on Short term Changes / deviations in budgeted actions
- Prepare Budget
- 1 year detailed plan (monthly split)
- 3 additional years long-term Forecasted based on strategy Management Team.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring that adequate funds are available.
- Analyse CIMBS performance and maximize the profitability and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships and serve as sparring partner to the Management Team as well as to other Entities Managers'.
- Support Transaction and Fund management on transactions (structuring, DD, financing, SPA);
- Constantly invest in improving financial processes
**For this recruitment, your profile is**:
- Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of Finance experience
- Minimum experience with value measurements (IFRS16, Dutch GAAP)
- Experience in Accounting/reporting department non residential companies, competitive investment and fund managers, pension funds or insurance companies, Audit firms
- Affinity within Real Estate
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English, Dutch language skills and/or German is a big plus
- Team player with attention for total team performance
- Accurate, independent, proactive and motivated
- Hands-on mentality and good in prioritizing
- Strong analytical skills and well-developed critical attitude
**Our client offers**:

- 1-2 days home office is possible.
- 32 hour contract is possible
- Gross salary depending on level of experience
- Variable bonus pay - depended of Shareholder decisions and according to annual performance
