**Je verantwoordelijkheden**

Als **Business Support** rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Manager Project & Quality.

Je ondersteunt** **de Manager Project & Quality, de kwaliteitsinspecteurs, de servicemedewerkers,... op administratief, logistiek, technisch en health & safety gebied.

Je behandelt alle meldingen, klachten of vragen die vanuit de Service Operations organisatie naar boven komen op een vlotte en efficiënte manier. Je bewaakt de voortgang van deze meldingen en informeert de servicemedewerker op gepaste manier.

Daarnaast informeer, controleer en rapporteer je, afhankelijk van het domein, naar servicemedewerkers en leidinggevenden met als doel de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van onze dienstverlening te maximaliseren.

Concrete taken:
**Administratie**:

- Je verzorgt een vlekkeloze start van het Pest Control dossier voor nieuwe klanten zodat servicemedewekers alle activiteiten voor de klant kunnen rapporteren in gewenste vorm.
- Voor bepaalde klanten sta je in voor het beheer van de plannen van de controlepunten. Je bewaakt deze plannen, stelt deze ter beschikking en zorgt voor een regelmatige update. Je bent het aanspreekpunt van servicemedewerker voor vragen, informatie over klanten of problemen omtrent het platform.
- Je verzendt wekelijkse lijsten naar servicemedewerkers zodat zij zicht krijgen op de prioritaire interventies in hun regio.
- Je volgt dagelijkse meldingen op van de servicemedewerkers op en neemt de nodige stappen om problemen op te lossen of incidenten te escaleren naar de juiste persoon.

**Technisch**:

- Samen met de Manager Project & Quality maak je opleidingsplannen op voor onze bestaande medewerkers en bij onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Samen met de directe leidinggevende bepaal je welke ontwikkelingsdoelstellingen en termijnen behaald dienen te worden. Je berekent de totale kost na goedkeuring zorg je dat dit plan ingebracht wordt in het LMS systeem.
- Je volgt de opleidingen administratief op: inschrijving, communicatie, opvolging afspraken en resultaten, registratie van deze gegevens in de beheerssystemen. Daarenboven mag je de bekwaamheids-certificaten voor alle servicemedewerkers binnen Pest Control opmaken, updaten en uitreiken. Ook monitor je de geldigheid van de certificaten en neemt actie wanneer de eigenaar opnieuw trainingen moet volgen.

**Health & Safety**
- Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het beheren van de jaarlijkse vaccinatie campagnes alsook de medische controles van nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers binnen alle departementen van Rentokil Initial Belux. Je legt de nodige afspraken vast met het medische team, je zorgt voor een tijdige communicatie naar de betrokken partijen en een registratie van deze afspraken.
- Je stelt een jaarplan op met de verschillende leidinggeven over ‘werkplekinspecties’ en bewaakt de uitvoering ervan. Na uitvoering laadt je de verslagen op in de systemen.
- Je monitort de prioritaire veiligheidsmeldingen die aangeleverd worden door de Pest Control servicemedewerkers en informeert de betrokken partijen die acties dienen te ondernemen voor een vlotte oplossing.

**Logistiek**
- Je definieert de lijst van stock items die maandelijks gerapporteerd dienen te worden en stelt deze ter beschikking binnen het bedrijf. Je consolideert de maandelijkse stock controles en zet de nodige acties uit naar verschillende afdelingen.
- Je bent het meldpunt voor logistieke issues van de servicemedewerkers en neemt dit op met de verantwoordelijke dienst (ECW) waarna je deze incidenten ook registreert ter opvolging tijdens het maandelijks overleg.

**Wie ben je**
- De ideale kandidaat heeft een bachelor of + 3 jaar gelijkwaardige ervaring als administratief medewerker binnen een klantgerichte service omgeving.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Frans en bezit over een goede basis Engels
- Je bent in het bezit van goede PC skills
- Je kan perfect zelfstandig werken, bent hands-on en werkt proactief.
- Je bezit over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je bent communicatief sterk, cijfermatig en nauwkeurig ingesteld.
- Je bent verder resultaatgericht, een teamplayer en je hebt zin voor initiatief.
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen en respecteert deadlines.
- Je kan discreet omgaan met persoonsgebonden en confidentiële informatie.
- Je bent iemand die het totaaloverzicht kan bewaren.
- Je werkt vanuit onze kantoren in Waver et je bent bereid om je af en toe te verplaatsen naar Schelle. Je bent in het bezit van een wagen.
