De functie Reinsurance Program Design & Reporting Specialist maakt deel uit van de afdeling Corporate Reinsurance & Company Insurance, die op haar beurt deel uitmaakt van Broker Channel & Non-Life Insurance Development van AG.
- Je draagt bij aan de systematische herbeoordeling van herverzekeringsprogramma's (retenties, limieten, structuur, prijsstelling enz.). Je houdt hierbij rekening met de doelstellingen om de volatiliteit van de resultaten van de gedekte branches te stabiliseren, evenals met hun impact op het 'interne model', de 'standaardformule' en op het door Solvency II vereiste kapitaal.
- Je verzamelt alle cijfergegevens over de verlenging van herverzekeringsverdragen (Leven en Niet-Leven). Daarnaast stel je templates voor verlenging en analyseverslagen op voor makelaars en herverzekeraars, evenals de bijbehorende technische documentatie.
- Je werkt de verschillende interne en externe verslagen bij (QRT - EIOPA, LPS).
- Je analyseert de behoeften van de afdelingen Marketing & Risk en doet aanbevelingen om de efficiëntie van de programma's te maximaliseren. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor een optimale risico-overdracht.
- Je ziet toe op de doeltreffendheid van herverzekeringsprogramma's.
- Je draagt bij aan de strategie, de onderhandelingen en de plaatsing van herverzekeringsdekkingen.
- Je neemt deel aan de voorbereiding van diverse presentaties voor het management en de verschillende Risk Committees.
- Je werkt samen met de actuaris van de afdeling, die verantwoordelijk is voor het interne model en je helpt om deze doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Je assisteert en adviseert de Reinsurance Manager.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Dankzij je beheersing van cijfergegevens (impact van verdragen op de rendabiliteit, SCR enz.) en je analytische vaardigheden kan je je doelstellingen bereiken en je conclusies onderbouwen.
- Je kent de basisprincipes van herverzekering en de belangrijkste verzekeringsproducten Leven en Niet-Leven.
- De rendabiliteitsindicatoren voor verzekeringen Niet-Leven en het effect van herverzekering daarop hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou.
- Autonomie, organisatie, nauwkeurigheid, planning, zin voor initiatief en stressbestendigheid zijn jouw sterke punten.
- Je talenkennis is heel goed: je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je kan vlot overweg met tools zoals Ms Excel, PowerPoint,...
- Kennis van Ms Access, Word, SAS, R Project, is een extra troef.
- Communicatief ben je sterk en je bent duidelijk in je argumenten.
- Je vrienden beschrijven je als een enthousiast iemand die graag samenwerkt en kennis deelt met collega's.
- Je hebt ervaring in verzekeringen (risk, controlling...) en/of herverzekering.
