**Robert Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **HR and Administration Office**r (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf gelegen in het centrum van Brussel, dichtbij centraal station.
Onze klant is actief in de **banksector.**
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als HR and Administration Officer zijn**:
HR
- Evaluatie van voorstellen voor wijzigingen in HR- en administratiegerelateerd beleid en procedures;
- Preventieadviseur - verantwoordelijk zijn voor werknemerspreventie in coördinatie met de HR Senior Officer;
- Onboarding-coördinatie in nauwe samenwerking met de HR Senior Officer, onboarding van nieuwkomers vanuit een IT/infrastructuurperspectief;
- Vragen van medewerkers beantwoorden;
- Interne evenementen/geschenken voor de medewerkers beheren;
- Coördinator wagenpark en mobiele telefoon bedrijf;
- Administratieve en HR-taken opvolgen in samenwerking met de HR Senior Officer;
- Interne communicatie beheren
Administration
- Algemene administratieve taken en projecten met betrekking tot het runnen en beheren van het kantoor in nauwe samenwerking met het management en het hele HR & Admin team;
- Alles met betrekking tot het kantoor beheren en ervoor zorgen dat het kantoor geschikt is voor het beoogde doel - zorgen voor aannemers, kantoorleveringen, routineonderhoud van het kantoor, enz.;
- Contact onderhouden met het IT-ondersteuningsteam om IT-problemen op te lossen en wanneer er apparaten moeten worden besteld (inclusief laptops en externe apparaten indien nodig);
- Zorgen voor een warm welkom voor externe klanten en bezoekers;
- De verwerking en betaling van facturen coördineren;
- De frankering van de bank beheren door alle binnenkomende post te scannen en naar de juiste afdelingen te sturen, bankafschriften afdrukken en posten, alle aangetekende brieven beheren, enz.;
- Andere taken die van tijd tot tijd kunnen worden bepaald door de Senior Manager - HR, de Chief Executive Officer en de Chief People Officer.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **HR and Administration Officer** zijn:
- Bachelordiploma in HR, Administratie of een andere relevante studie;
- Aantoonbare werkervaring als HR & Administration Officer of in een vergelijkbare rol is een pluspunt;
- Organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken;
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden - talenkennis vereist in het Engels, Nederlands en/of Frans.
