Onze klant is een internationale onderneming, zoekt momenteel naar een **gedreven Site IT Coördinator**.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
Als **Site IT Coördinator**, vertegenwoordig je het gezicht van IT binnen de lokale business. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-ondersteuningsactiviteiten, zowel intern als extern. Samen met je collega, de IT Delivery Manager, zorg je voor de operationele integriteit, integratie en effectiviteit van de ter plaatse geleverde IT-diensten. Jullie zijn verantwoordelijk voor de lokale IT-roadmap, de lokale implementatie van grootschalige internationale projecten en dragen zorg voor de algehele IT-ervaring van alle lokale gebruikers. Je rapporteert aan de IT Business Partner Benelux.
In deze rol zul je:
- Aanwezig zijn en optreden als het **eerste aanspreekpunt** voor lokale collega's, internationale collega's, klanten, relaties en leveranciers **binnen IT**.
- ** Gebruikers begeleiden** bij samenwerking met internationale IT-collega's en specialisten (ondersteuning, verzoeken voor wijzigingen, enz.) en fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij incidenten of escalaties);
- Fungeren als een **consulterende specialist** in het gebruik van dagelijkse tools (Office365, Citrix, SAP, enz.), de IT-werkwijze van Electrolux en het gebruik van onze systemen;
- Zorgen voor **optimaal werkplekbeheer en operationele ondersteuning** bieden, inclusief ondersteuning bij evenementen;
- Het **beheer van voorraad**, inclusief uitgifte en inname van IT-materialen (exclusief laptops);
- Mogelijkheden voor **serviceverbeteringen, optimalisatie van werkmethoden** en kostenbesparingen identificeren.
**PROFIEL**:
- Je beschikt over minimum **2 à 4 jaar ervaring **binnen soortgelijke functie**;**:
- Je bent een **hands-on teamplayer** met zin voor initiatief en sterke **problem solving skills**.
- Je hebt een **klant
- en service gerichte mindset**.
- Je schrikt niet van spoedklussen of veranderingen in plannen. Sterker nog, je krijgt er energie van.
