L'asbl **ToekomstATELIERdelAvenir** (TADA) implique les citoyens et les entreprises dans l'émancipation des jeunes issus de milieux vulnérables et de leur entourage. Dans nos cinq **écoles du week-end**, nous inspirons plus de 800 jeunes chaque samedi. Pendant trois ans, ils apprennent, par le biais d'ateliers interactifs animés par des professionnels enthousiastes, ce que "plus tard" peut signifier.

- En tant que “Pedagogical Team Manager", vous êtes en charge de l'un de nos sites d’école du week-end et d'une équipe comptant jusqu'à cinq coordinateurs/assistants pédagogiques. En outre, vous êtes également actif en tant que coordinateur pédagogique sur le terrain.- Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement de votre équipe et de votre antenne TADA. Vous surveillez les indicateurs clés de performance et la qualité.
- Vous êtes responsable d'une classe: vous recherchez et encadrez les intervenants, vous créez une atmosphère positive et disciplinée, vous êtes le point de contact pour les enfants et leurs parents, et vous êtes responsable de la préparation et de la conclusion de chaque journée de cours.
- Vous créez un programme qualitatif pour les leçons de votre classe selon la pédagogie TADA et vous coordonnez la mise en œuvre. Vous guidez et motivez votre équipe dans la création et la mise en œuvre de leurs cours.
- Vous créez un réseau de professionnels enthousiastes qui animent bénévolement des ateliers à TADA en tant qu’intervenants.
- Vous êtes le point de contact de votre antenne: grâce à votre vue à 360° et à votre expérience pratique, tout se passe bien.

QUEL PROFIL RECHERCHONS-NOUS?
- Idéalement, vous avez **2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle** dans des thèmes tels que le coaching, la gestion de projet ou la gestion d’équipe.
- Vous communiquez couramment en **néerlandais**, français et anglais. Vous êtes (presque) bilingue.
- Vous avez une attitude proactive et vous savez **organiser et planifier.** Vous aimez être actif et retrousser vos manches.
- Vous êtes un** leader naturel**, qui permet aux autres de se développer en les encadrant, en les dirigeant et en les inspirant.
- Vous communiquez facilement avec différents types de public (enfants et adultes). Vous pouvez faire preuve d’**assertivité** lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- L'expérience du **travail avec des enfants** (10-13 ans) est un atout, mais pas une obligation.
- Vous avez des affinités avec l'environnement bruxellois et vous vous reconnaissez dans les valeurs et les objectifs de TADA. Notre **Code of Conduct** fait partie de votre ADN.
- Vous êtes disponible pour travailler environ **30 samedis** pendant l'année scolaire (de 9h00 à 15h30) et vous recevrez un jour de compensation pour cela pendant la semaine. Vous êtes occasionnellement disponible pour des réunions en soirée.
