Pour le poste de **Finance Manager**, vous serez responsable de la gestion financière de l'entreprise, avec un accent particulier sur la supervision de l'équipe comptable et la garantie de la prospérité de l'entreprise. Votre rôle consistera à veiller à la **gestion quotidienne des finances,** en vous assurant que toutes les opérations sont menées de manière efficace et conforme aux normes en vigueur.
Vos tâches comprendront:
- Gestion du tableau de trésorerie
- Élaboration de rapports financiers
- Soumission de demandes de crédit
- Développement de la stratégie financière du groupe
- Supervision du processus de changement d'ERP
- Vérifier le travail des comptables internes et externes
- Analyses de la rentabilité
- Établissement du ROI par projet

Nous recherchons un **Financial Manager expérimenté** avec une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (le néerlandais est un avantage), des compétences avancées en informatique et au moins **5 ans d'expérience dans l'analyse financière**. En tant que leader, vous **superviserez une équipe**, établirez des analyses financières approfondies et contribuerez à la croissance continue de l'entreprise. Votre autonomie, votre **sens analytique** et votre capacité à instaurer un climat de confiance seront essentiels pour motiver et accompagner l'équipe dans un environnement en constante évolution.
