Your team and your responsibilities:
Suffix & Order Management Team (OMT) Specialist will perform the vehicle’s specification (SFX) management and special ordering processes and will have daily contact with the National Marketing and Sales Company (NMSC).
**Your responsibilities**:
1) Assist OMT Manager in monthly & daily operations with assigned NMSC.
Accuracy & punctuality are KEY.
2) Vehicle Specifications activities:
- Process NMSC’s Suffix requests in co-operation with Product Planning
- Handel special order related operations
- Prepare Order Management System for Minor & Full Model changes based on the Long Term Plan information
- Perform Daily check on model information
3) Ordering activities: Collect / Check
- Follow-up orders in the system
- Consultation with Sales Planning Division (SPD) Allocation Team
- Contact with NMSC
- Perform necessary order changes in TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) Global system
4) System data maintenance:
Maintain model descriptions for a defined number of models.
Your Profile:
- You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language)
- Having a Bachelor degree in Administration is an advantage
- Having an ordering, purchasing or sales environment experience ideally within an international company is an advantage
- You know the basics of Microsoft Word and Excel
- You have good organization and communication skills
- You are a team player, stress resistant and figures minded
- You are flexible and can be available during peak periods
