**Functie**:
Als Internal Communication Coordinator verhoog je de betrokkenheid van onze collega’s, vergroot je de interne kennis en verspreid je een positieve spirit doorheen de hele organisatie door te informeren, te activeren en te engageren. Je komt terecht in een team van 8 collega’s, waarbij jouw takenpakket voornamelijk bestaat uit:

- Interne communicatieprojecten zoals: het optimaliseren en beheren van het intranet voor de hele organisatie, het bereik van de interne communicatie verhogen, offline kanalen intern verder uitbreiden en optimaal benutten,
- Het sensibiliseren van het gebruik van digitale communicatiekanalen om iedereen in de organisatie digitaal mee te krijgen.
- Het jaarplan voor de interne communicatie opstellen en uitvoeren in functie van de visie en doelstellingen van Febelco, rekening houdend met de noden van alle verschillende stakeholders
- Een scherp inzicht verkrijgen en behouden in je doelpubliek. Je begrijpt de verschillende bedrijfsprocessen en voelt situaties, mensen en de organisatie als een geheel goed aan. Zo kan je je tone of voice en je campagnes perfect afstemmen op je doelpubliek. Ook negatievere boodschappen breng je op een positieve, menselijke manier. Je houdt ervan om complexe dingen te herleiden tot de essentie: simple to the brain & appealing to the heart.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in taal-en letterkunde of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante werkervaring in een functie waarbij zowel coördinatie als copywriting aan bod kwam.
- Je hebt zeer goeie copywriting skills, zowel long als short copy. Je bent gebeten door schrijven en weet steeds een originele invalshoek te vinden.
- Je beschikt over een gronde kennis van het Microsoft Office pakket en direct marketing tools. Verder heb je een basiskennis van Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator).
- Je bent positief ingesteld: instant happiness in je hoofd en je hart wanneer je kan activeren en engageren via communicatie.
- Je bent creatief, flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Je pakt je werk accuraat en resultaatsgericht aan. Kunnen zaken beter of efficiënter? Dan willen we dat heel graag van jou horen
- Beschik je ten slotte over een **sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke** kennis van zowel **Frans als Nederlands**? Dan ben je de persoon die we zoeken
