**Job Description**:
In a nutshell, PSS Business Unit Manager is **part of Management Team for PSS Belgium**, oversees a business unit within the organization and is responsible for various multifunctional PSS teams. This person will be a key point of **contact for the clients from an operational management point of view** and a** link with Senior Management **in Belgium.

What will you be responsible for?
- ** Managing** PSS Teams at client sites with an eye on **high productivity, **quality, GMP and safety**, resolving problems** and **customer-service standards**;**:

- ** Building and managing **client relationships**;**:

- ** Taking care of the best possible service** by continually **reviewing** best practice in relation to both commercial and quality issues;
- ** Engaging** with Business Development and Key Account Managers **to ensure opportunities with existing clients, and new opportunities**, are identified and pursued;
- ** Training, developing and coaching** PSS Teams (both **leadership **and **scientist level**);
- ** Recruiting** and **managing** team performance;
- ** Acting as a first point of contact** with a Talent Acquisition Manager.

This opportunity gives the possibility to **grow quickly into a PSS Country-Manager position**, overseeing **PSS activities in Belgium**, managing, leading and co-ordinating PSS teams and their on-site leaders.

**Qualifications**:
**Are you our kind of extraordinary?**

**Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, (Bio)Chemistry or related;
**Background**: Min 7 years of work experience in the (pharmaceutical) industry with the ability to understand and meet customer requirements and at least 5 years at a senior level of people management experience;
**Languages**: Good command of spoken and written English and French;
**Other**:Ability to work cross functionally across different parts of the country.
