As Business Unit Director - Payroll Services, you will be the driving force behind managing, organizing, and planning the operational activities within our business unit. You ensure that the organization, resources, and priorities of your teams align seamlessly with the vision and strategy of Partena Professional. You play a crucial role in achieving our operational objectives and enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our services.

Who are you?
- You hold a master's degree in a relevant field.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a business unit manager, preferably in an operational environment.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can inspire and motivate your team.
- You have strong analytical skills and can translate strategic objectives into concrete actions.
- You are a natural coach, able to encourage participation and provide vision, inspiration, and direction to your team.
- You are assertive, can convey your ideas clearly, and are open to dialogue.
- Interest and curiosity in payroll are essential. You actively seek feedback and learn new things quickly.
- You can work independently, take initiative, and successfully implement your ideas.
