  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en kunt strategische doelstellingen omzetten in concrete acties.
  • Je bent een geboren coach, weet participatie te stimuleren en biedt visie, inspiratie en richting aan je team.
  • Je bent assertief, kunt je ideeën helder overbrengen en staat open voor dialoog.
  • Interesse en nieuwsgierigheid naar payroll zijn essentieel. Je zoekt actief feedback en leert snel nieuwe dingen.
