En tant que figure de proue de notre équipe de réception, vous serez chargé(e) de créer des sourires dès l'arrivée de nos clients et d'assurer un service exceptionnel tout au long de leur séjour.
**Votre mission**:
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients à leur arrivée et s'assurer que leurs besoins sont pris en charge de manière professionnelle et courtoise.
- Superviser les activités quotidiennes de la réception, y compris le check-in, le check-out, les réservations et les demandes spéciales des clients.
- Fournir une formation continue à l'équipe de réception pour garantir une connaissance approfondie des procédures opérationnelles et des normes de service.
- Gérer les situations délicates et résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière efficace et efficiente.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour assurer une coordination sans faille dans la prestation de services aux clients.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des événements locaux, des attractions et des informations utiles pour répondre aux questions des clients.
- Compiler et analyser les rapports de performance de la réception pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration.
**Votre profil**
- Une expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un poste similaire au sein de l'industrie hôtelière.
- Des compétences avérées en matière de leadership, avec la capacité de motiver et de guider une équipe.
- D'excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
La connaissance du néerlandais esst un atout.
- La capacité de travailler de manière efficace dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
- Des connaissance des systèmes de gestion hôtelière (La connaissance de ONQ est un plus) et des logiciels de réservation.
- Aptitude à gérer les situations délicates avec calme et professionnalisme.

As the forefront figure of our reception team, you will be entrusted with creating smiles from the moment our guests arrive and ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay.
**Your Mission**:
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure their needs are professionally and courteously attended to.
- Supervise daily reception activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and special guest requests.
- Provide ongoing training to the reception team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures and service standards.
- Handle delicate situations and effectively resolve guest issues with efficiency and poise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in delivering services to guests.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local events, attractions, and useful information to address guest inquiries.
- Compile and analyze reception performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
**Your Profile**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (knowledge of ONQ is a plus) and reservation software.
- Ability to handle delicate situations with composure and professionalism.
