**Missie algemeen**
Voor een of meerdere productfamilies onderhandelt de aankoper Merk Carrefour voor een groep van 4 tot 6 Carrefour landen en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van zijn assortiment op basis van inkoopprestatiecriteria: kosten, kwaliteit, levertijd, innovatie binnen zijn inkoopsegment. Het doel is om de beste producten onder de beste voorwaarden beschikbaar te stellen, met als doel marktaandeel te vergroten en de winstgevendheid van zijn verantwoordelijkheidsgebied te waarborgen, in overeenstemming met de kwaliteitsbeleidslijnen van Carrefour. De inkoper is gemachtigd door de groep om een deel van de assortimenten te onderhandelen.
**Belangrijkste taken**:
- Sourcing en onderhandeling
- Leveranciersrelatiebeheer
- Massificatie (aankoop groepering)
- Identificatie van het product-leverancierskoppel
- Volgen van inkoopprestaties
- Capaciteitssturing
- Fabrieksbezoeken
**Zorgt voor concurrentieanalyse binnen zijn productfamilies (producten, leveranciers).**
- Analyseert de positionering van zijn producten op basis van winkelbezoeken, vakbeurzen, concurrentie, het zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers, input van G4-landen (Frankrijk, Spanje, Italië en België) en gesprekken met collega's productmanagers en category managers.
- Volgt technologische en procesinnovaties via leveranciers.
- Volgt grondstoffen op.
- Houdt voortdurend toezicht op de financiële gezondheid en afhankelijkheid van leveranciers en stelt indien nodig corrigerende maatregelen voor.
**Onderhandelt over de aankoop van de aan haar/hem toegewezen producten.**
- Harmoniseert en bundelt aankopen volgens de behoeften tussen landen. Draagt bij aan het definiëren van de strategie van het leverancierspanel waarvoor hij verantwoordelijk is. Ontwikkelt strategieën voor aanbestedingen en onderhandelingen.
- Onderhandelt de beste inkoopvoorwaarden door een perfecte kennis van de kostenstructuur van producten en de prijs van grondstoffen. Volgt contracten op.
- Beheert het proces van kwaliteits-, kosten
- en levertijdprestatiebeoordelingen met leveranciers.
- Verlaagt de kosten (inkoopkosten van leveranciers en design to cost) die aan hem zijn toegewezen.
- Is proactief om uitgaven te optimaliseren.
**Vereist profiel**:
Opleiding en ervaring:
- Master niveau (bijvoorbeeld business school, agrotechnische ingenieur of equivalent).
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een inkoopfunctie.
- Ervaring in de detailhandel en/of internationale ervaring is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in een inkoopcentrale wordt gewaardeerd voor onderhandelingen.
- Beheersing van Google Suite en SAP is een pluspunt.
- Professionele beheersing van Frans, Nederlands en Engels.

- Functie gevestigd in België, Zaventem (hybride werken)
- Mogelijkheid tot reizen (richting Frankrijk, fabrieksbezoeken, enz.).
