**Jouw taken**:
Heb je een pedagogische achtergrond of affiniteit met Didactiek? Ben je geboeid door de wereld van e-Learning? Sta je graag in contact met klanten in een B2B-context? Dan hebben wij een leuke uitdaging voor jou als Customer Success coach Digitaal Leren voor een bedrijf dat e-Learning Platforms ontwikkelt op maat

Een boeiende en afwisselende job waarbij je het centrale aanspreekpunt bent voor jouw klanten over digitaal leren en digitale transformatie binnen Learning & Development.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

- Je begeleidt je klanten individueel of in groep bij hun L&D vraagstukken of bij een specifiek digitaal project. Die begeleiding doe je niet alleen binnen onze innovatieve tool maar gaat ook over hoe e-Learning binnen de organisatie van de klant kan geïntegreerd worden.
- Je coördineert de set-up van onze tool bij de opstart van nieuwe klanten en je coördineert de implementatie van nieuwe activiteiten binnen bestaande omgevingen.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt van je klanten voor operationele ondersteuning.
- Je denkt proactief mee en informeert het salesteam over opportuniteiten.

**Je profiel**:

- Je hebt kennis van didactische aspecten en bij voorkeur al enige ervaring met e-Learning.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement in de bedrijfswereld is een plus, maar zeker geen must.
- Je werkt klantgericht, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een commercieel inzicht.
- Je spreekt foutloos Nederlands en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans (een workshop geven voor een groep in het Frans schrikt je niet af).
- Je bent enthousiast om terecht te komen in een hoog technologische omgeving.
