**Doelstelling**:
Voor één van onze klanten in de regio Brussel is TORMANS momenteel op zoek naar een Technical Assistant Service.
**Voornaamste taken**:
Het Knoweldge & Competences (K&C)-team zorgt ervoor dat de infrastructuurmedewerkers over de juiste tools beschikken om de juiste vaardigheden en kennis te verwerven en te ontwikkelen om bestaande en toekomstige uitdagingen aan te gaan.
De K&C-medewerker is het contactpunt tussen de Infrastructuur-medewerkers en het Academy-team voor opleiding en ontwikkeling binnen Infrastructuur.
De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de organisatie en de evaluatie van de ondersteunings
- en opleidingscursussen voor elke discipline binnen Infrastructuur: Analyseren en definiëren van de behoefte aan nieuwe opleidingen, aanpassen van bestaande programma’s, ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportering, opzetten van activiteiten in verband met de ondersteuning van medewerkers, enz.
**Profiel**:
Ten minste 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring, waarvan ten minste één jaar in personeelszaken.
Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van planning en organisatie.
Eerdere ervaring met dashboarding en rapportage.
Bedrevenheid in standaard kantoorsoftware (Excel, Word en PowerPoint-presentaties).
Werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
Werkt graag in teamverband en tegelijkertijd zelfstandig.
Heeft een klantgerichte benadering.
Bij voorkeur tweetalig Frans/Nederlands
Vlot Engels is een pluspunt.
