**DE JOB**
- Als officemanager ondersteun je het bedrijf met diverse **administratieve taken** en zorg je voor de **dagelijkse operationele sturing** van het kantoor.
- Je brengt **orde**, **structuur**, **duidelijkheid** en **efficiëntie** en vind het leuk om dingen te organiseren en regelen.
- Je pakt **ad hoc zaken** snel op en houdt daarbij overzicht.
- Dankzij jouw werkzaamheden loopt alles binnen het bureau op rolletjes.
- Je bent een betrokken collega die van aanpakken weet en incidenteel ook buiten kantoortijden inzetbaar is.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **uitvoerende en coördinerende taken** op het gebied van administratie (aan
- en verkoopadministratie), financiën (budgetcontrole en analyse), HR (loon verwerking en personeelsadministratie), marketing (marketingplan + aansturen marketingmedewerker),
- In het kader van hun verdere groei ontwikkel je de **nodige procedures** en zie je erop toe dat deze opgevolgd worden.
- Je hebt **contact met** klanten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
- Dit is een zeer diverse functie, waar elke dag weer anders is dan de vorige. Je bent zowel operationeel en hands-on bezig, maar je kan ook meedenken, verbanden leggen en initiatief nemen.
**PROFIEL**
- Je behaalde minimum een **bachelor** en hebt mínimaal **2 jaar ervaring** in een gelijkaardig functie.
- Je bent **zelfstandig**, beschikt over een hoog **verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel** en **proactief**.
- Je neemt graag **initiatief**, bent **nauwkeurig** en hebt **oog** voor detail.
- Je bezit goede **communicatieve vaardigheden**.
- **MS Office** heeft geen geheimen voor jou (Google Docs en InDesign ook niet).
- Je bent behulpzaam en kan snel schakelen: een echte **multitasker**
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en durft **Frans** en **Engels** te spreken.
**AANBOD**
- Je start onmiddellijk met **een vast contract**
- Je functioneert in een fulltime uurrooster (40 urenweek), waardoor je jaarlijks 12 extra ADV dagen opbouwt.
- Je start om 8u30 en presteert 8u per dag (+ halfuur middagpauze).
- Tussen Kerst & Nieuw is er 1 week collectief verlof, de rest is vrij te kiezen (in overleg met je collega’s).
- Je werkt in een **mooie werkomgeving** (dicht bij fietspad, aan het water, nieuwbouw).
