**A day in the life of a Product Lead Customer Acquisition & Growth**
As Product Lead Customer Acquisition & Growth, you have the opportunity to develop an attractive customer segment proposition to attract new customers and activate the relationship.
- You develop the best and most competitive customer segment value propositions (incl. minors and families, young and starters, (potential) affluents & expats) and pricing strategies, to gain engaged Retail customers and activate the relationship with ING. In which you will also be managing the ING+ deals loyalty program.
- You are responsible for the acquisition strategy for new to bank customers.
- You develop primary mobile growth strategy to turn existing customers into primary mobile customers
- You define data driven churn prevention actions and implement those actions and retention campaigns
- You promote a mobile first mindset and you influence the building of reliable, seamless mobile customer journeys in a frictionless way for all current accounts, with a maximised adoption and conversion of those journeys.
- You will determine in consultation with Product Area Lead and IT Area Lead the tribe prioritization and delivery roadmap required.
- You ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met within agreed timeframes.
- You are the hierarchical manager of a team of CJE’s who work in multiple squads. You create high performance squads, in which you support the professional development of the colleagues in line with key expertise required in the squad, area and tribe.
