- Coaching the team on finding and engaging with operators to increase sales conversions using a lead management approach.

It leads the dynamic food service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to operators across 22 Multi Country Organizations (MCOs) in 72 countries.
**Overall**
the Customer/Operator Experience Lead will play a critical role in executing the local (digital) selling strategy and delivering sustainable growth over multiple years, while optimizing the on/off-line end-to-end experience of prospects and customers in the Belgian foodservice market. The Lead will work closely with Operator Marketing, lead a team using a SCRUM approach, and support the team in finding the right marketing technology and eCommerce strategy, as well as building strategic Integrated Business Plans.
