**THE SCOPE**
With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a **Product Lead** to join its **Platform Product team**.
**YOUR ROLE**
- **
Lead** teams through ideation, **technical development** and **launch** of **product**s and **initiatives**
- Drive **product development** with teams of Product Owners/Managers, engineers, architects, designers, quality assurance, BI analysts
- **
Build up** the **Product roles** - attract, build, manage and develop a talented, diverse and inclusive team of product people aligned with our values
- **
Establish** a shared and aligned **vision across the company** for the products they are responsible for, as well as create a detailed roadmap that delivers on these
- **
Integrate** usability **studies**, **research** and **market analysis** into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Deeply **care about our customers** and be tuned in to their pain points and need, and always keep them at the forefront of product development
- **
Define and analyze KPI** metrics that inform the success of products and initiatives, and drive product improvements to improve these
- Understand the industry and our customer base, and **deliver products and initiatives** that are aligned
**YOUR PROFILE**
- **
Product** mindset
At least **6 years in Product Management**, and experience in a senior Product role
- Mentoring skills and **ability to grow and develop** Product people
- Strong **people** skills, and people **management** skills and experience
- At least a **Bachelor degree** in a Business or Technical field is strongly recommended
- Experience in an **agile environment** with focus on measurable outcomes

- Experience with **Jira and Confluence** is a plus
- Fluent **English** is required; spoken **French** is a plus
